Running & Mind Training Program

Did you just sign up for a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon and you don’t know how or where to begin?

Whether this is your first race, or your hundredth race, the Run To Not From training program is different from any other training program, because as you train your body to take on the challenge, you will learn how to train your mind as well.

I found that when I signed up for my first half marathon, my physical training felt like a smoother process compared to the mental aspects of training. I felt like my mind was holding me back and I was getting in my own way! I learned that your brain needs training too, and so much of your power resides within the MIND. So why not train your MIND like a MUSCLE?

This 12-week program will provide you with:

  • A custom running schedule based on your goals

  • A custom mind training program

  • Unlimited communication regarding any questions or need of encouragement (please allow 24-48 hours for a reply)

The MIND training portion is great if you:

  • Race or Performance Anxiety

  • Issues following through with tasks

  • Have trouble believing in yourself and often fail to complete a goal you set out.

  • Need help staying consistent

  • Make excuses frequently as to why you “can’t” train that day or “don’t want to”

  • Discomfort being alone and constantly looking for external validation

  • Feel stagnant and stuck and feel like you need something to “fix you.”

  • Struggle with the overwhelm of a goal, want help planning steps to take to achieve the goal.
